Karl Deacon

Non Exec Director

Karl Deacon is Vuture's first non executive director and the latest recruit to the Vuture management team.

Karl is an extremely experienced and accomplished IT strategist with over 25 years executive experience in a variety of organisations including the Post Office, Logica, American Express, PWC, Worldcom and Cap Gemini where he is the current UK Chief Technology Officer and Vice President.

Karl's experience covers Technology led Business transformation and outsourcing services. He is a self proclaimed change agent with a head for dealing with complex or troubled IS/IT functions and he has extensive experience in post merger or major change scenarios at corporates.

He is heavily engaged in bid solutions and management at Cap Gemini where he is known for simplifying the process of account management and sales negotiation whilst achieving substantial results on some of Cap Gemini's largest accounts.

At Vuture Karl is responsible for helping shape company strategy and is our main advisor on the shape of future technology.
